Technical context first

Tell us about your build, access, or cluster goals

Ready to rent a Cloud Mac? Use the support email to share your use case, configuration, and preferred node. For existing orders, credential delivery, or active incidents, log in to the console and submit a ticket so your order and node details reach the right queue directly.

Two ways to get in touch

Choose the right channel for your request

Pre-sales and solution consulting

Email support@ownamac.com, ideal for questions about configuration, nodes, rental terms, storage, and team deployments.

Orders and active incidents

Log in to the console to submit a ticket, including your order number, node, and time of occurrence. Refer to the console for the current target response time and handling status.

Describe the problem completely

Five request types and the information each requires

The closer you are to your real workflow, the easier it is to choose the right tier of dedicated physical Mac, node, and any additional storage or Thunderbolt 5 daisy-chaining.

Individual development

Remote Xcode and everyday development

  • Project type, Xcode version, and key dependencies
  • Build size, test count, and archive frequency
  • Your location and preferred connection node
  • Whether you need to retain build caches long term
CI/CD teams

Dedicated nodes and build queues

  • Repository count, branching strategy, and daily job frequency
  • Peak concurrency, timeout limits, and retry behavior
  • Estimated data volume for caches, artifacts, and logs
  • Number of dedicated physical Macs needed to run in parallel
AI experiments

Local model inference and validation

  • Model size, precision format, and inference framework
  • Input batch size, peak memory usage, and result storage method
  • Whether build or data-processing jobs will run at the same time
  • Storage required for models and datasets
Media workflows

Media syncing, editing, and export

  • Total media volume, encoding format, and file size
  • Retention period for proxy files, caches, and finished media
  • Remote desktop resolution and interaction smoothness targets
  • Whether export jobs need to run alongside editing
Enterprise batch requirements

Multi-node planning and permission boundaries

  • Number of concurrent nodes and expected scaling schedule
  • Team locations and allocation across the five available nodes
  • Task queues, log retention, and incident escalation procedures
  • Storage expansion and number of Thunderbolt 5 connections
Structured email generator

Complete the technical context, then open your email app

This form does not submit content to the website backend. When complete, it generates an email subject and body addressed to support, which you can review and send from your email app.

Do not enter passwords, private keys, recovery codes, or other authentication materials.
Support email

For questions before placing an order

Send configuration, billing-term, node, batch-planning, and workflow questions to our sole public support email.

Response timing
No unconfirmed fixed timeframe is promised. Actual queue position and follow-up timing are based on the email reply thread.
Console tickets

For existing orders or active nodes

Submit order status, credential delivery, connection issues, performance anomalies, and accessory identification issues as a ticket to keep order details and incident context together.

Required information
Order number, node, time of occurrence, reproduction steps, log excerpts, and screenshots.
Response timing
Your request enters the appropriate queue by issue type. Refer to the console for the target response time and current handling status.
Queue and response expectations

Three request types follow separate handling paths

The request category determines the data to associate and the next action. Until the queue is confirmed, no fixed reply or resolution time is promised.

A

General consultation

Contact us by email. Ideal for confirming the model, node, rental term, storage expansion, and workflow requirements before ordering.

Timing

The actual email reply thread is authoritative. Complex architecture questions may first require details about job frequency, data volume, or concurrency.

B

Order questions

Log in to the console, submit a ticket, and associate the order. Ideal for payment confirmation, initialization progress, credential delivery, and subscription management.

Timing

The console displays queue status and target response time; do not use the queue status for general consultation emails as a substitute.

C

Active incidents

Submit the occurrence time, node, reproduction steps, logs, and screenshots through a console ticket for direct technical investigation.

Timing

After priority is confirmed, rely on the ticket status and target response time shown in the console. Resolution time depends on reproduction and diagnosis results.

Enterprise requirements checklist

Batch-node consultations require at least six data groups

Simply writing “we need several machines” is not enough to create a configuration recommendation. Each field below supports a specific capacity, region, or connectivity decision.

01

Concurrent nodes

State the number of nodes needed now, the peak count, and whether future expansion will happen all at once or in stages.

02

Build frequency

Provide daily job volume, runtime per job, peak concurrency, and retry behavior to help assess queue pressure.

03

Data volume

Estimate the capacity and retention period for source code, dependency caches, models, media, logs, and build artifacts separately.

04

Access region

List the primary operator locations and indicate preferences among Singapore, Japan (Tokyo), South Korea (Seoul), Hong Kong, and US West.

05

Storage expansion

Indicate whether base storage is sufficient or whether you need +1TB SSD or +2TB SSD for caches, media, or model files.

06

Thunderbolt 5 daisy-chaining

Specify the number of devices to connect, their purpose, and whether multiple nodes must use the same peripheral layout.

Configuration ready

Choose your model, term, and node

All three configurations use dedicated Apple Silicon physical nodes and dedicated physical Macs, not virtual machines. Every node operates normally 365 days a year; actual availability is shown in real time by the console.
